Registration & Fees

All participants are required to register via the Online Registration System. Detailed instructions and payment options will be provided once registration opens. Registration will open on 15 April 2026.

Registration Fees

The registration fee covers participation in all conference sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and social events.

The fee for an accompanying person, including participation in social events (gala dinner and excursion), is 800 PLN.

* The Student Fee applies to participants who are enrolled as full-time students in an accredited Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program at the time of registration and can provide proof of student status upon request (e.g., a valid student ID or an official confirmation letter from the supervisor or department).
